Kleanza's Principal Archaeologist is Amanda Marshall, M.A., R.P.C.A., a registered Professional Consulting Archaeologist since 2001. She is a member of the Archaeology Society of BC and the BC Association of Professional Archaeologists. She worked as Field Archaeologist with Ecofor Consulting Ltd. and as Archaeologist for Golder Associates Ltd. before launching Kleanza Consulting in 2009. Amanda's area of expertise includes:
- culturally modified tree (CMT) research
- dendrochronology
- coastal archaeo
Kleanza’s archaeologists are experienced in working closely with government agencies, municipalities, and First Nations. Projects include archaeological assessments for small and large scale infrastructure developments, including ferry terminals, land developments, transportation, landfill expansions, and water/sewer upgrades, windfarms, microhydro, and mining proposals under the Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency (CEAA).
